How can I track my order?
- After you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email or text with a linked tracking number to track your order in-transit. Please note that it can take 1-2 business days for processing by the shipping company before we email you with the code.

What stores do you currently sell at?
- Michel Germain Parfums are sold at world-class retailers in the United States and Canada. Our Séxūal fragrances can be found in Macy’s and JCPenney in the United States and Hudson’s Bay in Canada. In addition, our Sugarful fragrances can be found at Shopper’s Drug Mart in Canada.

Do you ship internationally?
- We ship internationally to the UK, Ireland, Australia, France, Mexico, Austria, Brazil, Italy, South Korea, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.
- The price of International shipping varies on location and size of product. Please go through the check out flow to see how much International shipping is for your location.
- Customs duties and taxes are not included in the shipping fee but are paid upon checkout. All prices on our website are shown in US dollars (USD) if you are in the United States, Canadian dollars (CAD) if you are in Canada, and British pounds (GBP) if you are in the United Kingdom. All other countries will have prices shown in US dollars (USD).

Do you offer expedited shipping?
- We do not currently offer expedited shipping. Our estimated delivery time for orders in the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom is 7-10 business days. For International orders, our estimated delivery time is 10-14 weeks.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. box in checkout, we will contact you to find an address that we can ship to. If we cannot reach you to find another address, your order will be cancelled.

My tracking link doesn’t have any information. Is something wrong?

Michel Germain cares about your health, and the health of the environment. We have made choices with the intent of having a positive impact on the health of the environment. The following are some, but not all of our initiatives:
- Eliminating cellophane-wrapped boxes. This reduces the amount of waste per product created.
- Recyclable packaging – our shipping boxes, product packages, bottles, and other containers are recyclable. We encourage customers to recycle their products and packaging once they are done using them.
- Reusable packaging – Our purse and travel sprays are refillable. (To refill: Untwist top, spray fragrance from the larger Séxūal fragrance into the purse or travel spray.)
- E-commerce promise – as e-commerce becomes a higher percentage of sales in the economy, we promise to continually refine our packages and shipments to reduce the amount of waste and emissions caused by the shipping of our products.
- We continually update and maintain our equipment so the equipment runs in a clean and efficient manner, reducing environmental impact wherever possible.

Do you test on animals?
- We are animal lovers here at Michel Germain, and have never and will never test our products on animals.
- In addition to being animal lovers, as of 2024 we are officially Leaping Bunny Certified under the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics (CCIC) for adopting the Corporate Standard of Compassion for Animals.

Do you use pheromones?
- No, we do not use pheromones in the creation of our fragrances. Our fragrances are created with organically-occurring aphrodisiacs within natural oils, which invite closeness, create allure, and inspire love. The natural oils in our fragrances occur from sources such as flowers, greens, fruits, herbs, and natural occurring elements.

- We are proud to have a high concentration of naturals in our products and continually strive to find new sources of naturals.
